Pick-up and drop-off are available between 7 am and 4 pm, with flexible scheduling confirmed by both parties. Standard caravan park check-in is 2 pm and check-out is 10 am. Early departures can usually be accommodated, just let us know.
Off-peak periods require a minimum booking of 3 days (2 nights). Peak seasons extend this to 5 days (4 nights). For longer bookings over three weeks, we provide comprehensive pre-departure servicing.
Yes! Pets are welcome with a $30 cleaning fee. We ask that pets don't sleep on beds. Cleaning supplies are provided, or you can use our optional paid cleaning service.
Our caravans come fully equipped with kitchen essentials (utensils, cookware, appliances), cleaning supplies, and gas. Optional add-ons include linens from $99, Weber BBQ for $65, and Starlink internet from $10 per day.
Yes! Delivery is free within the local area (5 km radius). Other areas range from $150 to $800 depending on distance. Setup includes beds, furniture, and a detailed walkthrough of the van.
The handover typically takes 30–60 minutes. We'll give you a practical walkthrough of the van's features, plus manuals and phone support throughout your trip.
Yes, an electric brake controller is required for towing. If you don't have one, you can hire a unit from us for $50 per hire, with manual or Bluetooth-enabled options available.
You'll need a vehicle with a minimum towing capacity of 3,000–3,500 kg depending on the caravan size. Check the specs on each van's detail page for the exact requirements.
